Ninety days. One quest. Set it with people who are also building or creating something, then come back in December and see what actually happened.

02 · The thought
Decide what deserves your focus the next 3 months.
The Seasonal Quest Campfire is for us to meet and reflect on our last season, celebrate the wins, write down the lessons, and check where we are on our adventure.
Is it still important? Has it changed?
Spend 90 minutes together to reflect on the last 90 days and plan your upcoming 90. It will make the road ahead much clearer for you to walk.
You’ll be in a room with people doing work nobody is making them do; books, companies, art, ideas, bodies of work, strange things that may not make sense to everyone else yet.
And that kind of work is remarkably easy to postpone.
That's worth showing up for.
For the campfire, just bring you, a laptop, some good music, and coffee or tea. That's it.

You’ll also get an invite to Onuai if you want your quest to live there. Prefer paper? Use paper. We have something coming for the notebook people too.

5 September. We set the quest together.
- 3
December. We come back and look at what happened.
05 · Who
Who this is for, and who it is not for
People building or creating something. A book, a company, a channel, a body of work, a different kind of life.
People doing work nobody will ask them for.
People with too many ideas and no single place to keep them.
People who would rather have an adventure than a checklist.
People whose important work keeps losing to the urgent stuff.
06 · Your host
Who you're meeting

I'm Frida and I'll be your host during the session. Born in Sweden, moved to Japan for school at 17, and spent many years as a tour guide across 14 countries — which mostly meant getting a group of strangers somewhere none of them could have found alone.
Now I build Onuai. Same job.
I'm not running this from the front of the room. I'll set my quest on the 5th alongside you, and in December we'll come back to close them. This ritual has kept me more intentional and focused than any pretty plan ever has.
Hope to see you there.
